Our Vision for Missions | UPCOMING SHORT-TERM TRIPS | Supported Ministries

RENEWAL SHORT-TERM MISSIONS TRIPS: In the past, our church has sent teams to countries like Af.gh.an.is.ta.n, Gua.te.mala, I.nd.on.es.ia, Mex.ico, Ke.nya, Tan.zan.ia and Uz.be.ki.st.an.

In addition we have sent teams throughout the US to places like New Mexico, New Orleans and our own backyard, West Philadelphia.

RENEWAL SUMMER MISSIONS 2008

	Field 1: CHI.SEC, GUA.TEM.ALA Dates: July Team Leader: Pastor Dan Whang We will be reaching out to the youth/teenagers in the local villages and holding a Conference for them. We can also use a couple Teachers who would like to go for 1 week to do teachers training.
	Field 2: IN.DO.NE.SIA - TEACHERS TEAM Dates: 1st 2 Weeks of August Team Leader: Pastor Young Lee Rare opportunity to be a witness to hundreds of Muslims as we hold a Training Conference for local teachers. Especially looking for those experienced with learning disabilities.
	Field 3: KE.NYA - MEDICAL TRIP Dates: Fall (11 days) Team Leader: TBD We will work with Dr. Steve Lee. Trip is open to Doctors and those in their last 2 years of Med School (limited places). Trip will entail training, helping with rounds, medical outreach to nearby villages. Esp. looking for specialists in different fields.
	Field 4: UGA.NDA - BUSINESS TRIP Dates: TBD Business trip with Synergy International focusing on microfinancing. This trip is very tentative. We still need to hear back from the organization about whether a trip is viable.
	Field 5: WEST PHILADELPHIA Dates: June 20-July 25 Team Leader: Paul Park Great opportunity to partner with other churches as we continue our ministry to the youth from our community. You will be teaching Bible, Math & English at our day school (Lighthouse) and sharing the Gospel with & discipling the youth.
