2007 Women's Flag Football Tournament

Eight churches from NY, NJ, and Philly, gathered together on this brisk morning in November to play the game of football. The women of Renewal, after three hard months of training camp and practices, came together on this day to represent our church! 38 players and 11 coaches strong, along with the 8th man on the field which consisted of passionate and loud Renewal fans that drove up to Mercer County Park in NJ in the "Renewal Fan Van", along with sisters that sacrificed their time and energy to prepare a great lunch, as well as family members and pets, came together as ONE TEAM on this day. What a beautiful sight to see one team, one family, one church! The team just missed the playoffs by point differential, but came out of it with a sense of pride and joy, knowing that they showed and tried their hardest, as God's creations.
